3-in-1 TreadClimber® technology trims your workout time and delivers faster results—guaranteed.

The TreadClimber® machine is a unique breakthrough in the fitness industry. It combines the actions of the three most effective cardio machines into one:

  1. TREADMILL: Splitting the treadle into two separate belts, the TreadClimber® machine delivers the walking, jogging and running action of a treadmill—and goes a step further. In addition to your legs and glutes, it engages the core muscles that help maintain your balance.
  2. STAIR CLIMBER: The pumping action of the separate treadles replicates the highly effective aerobic exertion of stepping.
  3. ELLIPTICAL: As the TreadClimber® machine's treadles rise to meet your stride, the impact on your joints is reduced, so you enjoy the same smooth, ergonomic motion of the best elliptical machines.

The efficient and easy TreadClimber® machine gives you the ultimate cardio workout—and all you do is WALK™.

I bought this Tread Climber for my wife and I to lose weight and improve overall health. We have had been using it for 2 weeks and I'm already seeing results. With a better diet and using the Tread Climber for 30 minutes a day 4 days a week, I have lost 7 of the 20 pounds I need to lose. I'm looking forward to the next doctor visit to see if my blood pressure and resting heart rate has come down any.

It's not an easy workout (for me). I guess workouts should never be easy. I do feel like I'm working more with this that I ever had on a treadmill or eliptical machine. It does feel like you are walking up a steep hill waist deep in mud. You get a good sweat going quickly.

The controls are difficult to use. There are only 5 buttons on the console. It's very difficult to set the goals for my wife and I. It would be nice if it could automate some intervals instead of manually having to adjust the speed up or down.

Bought it for my girlfriend and myself. Good workout but come on bowfkex ..... The heart rate monitor is lame. It should be able to connect to a smart phone or device and save pace, distance etc to any of the workout apps out there. For that matter bowfkex should have their own app for it. Very disappointing for an industry leader like Bowflex.

        Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

Use it three times a week for 30 minutes each time. Gives a great cardio workout. I always leave the machine dripping wet. Never got that from a treadmill or elliptical.

Only issue is with the Pistons. They wear out quickly and are noisy once they begin to wear out. Order replacement ones at the first sign of wear as they seem to take several weeks to receive the new ones. Make sure you replace both pistons otherwise you will have pistons that are at different levels of wear. I am 5'11" and 170 Lbs., so I am not putting a great deal of strain on those pistons.

I really enjoy my TC20!I did work out at a gym and ran outside but due to some arthritis my doctor as suggested I use non weight bearing exercise's. I do not like paying gym fees to get on an elliptical so I decided to try the tread climber and so glad I did.

              Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

My 64 year old mother loves the availability of being able to jump on her BowFlex any time of the day. I love getting a quicker half hour workout in, as opposed to having to drive to a gym and then having to put in an hour workout to get the benefits of what I can get on my BowFlex in just half the time! My mom works on her endurance and pretty much stays at a steady pace throughout her workout. I am still an active volleyball and basketball player so I like to use the BowFlex's "cross trainer" mode. We've had our BowFlex for about half a month now and we haven't had anything to complain about.

                  A:

The machine should be placed on clean, hard, level surface. Carpeted flooring is fine. Regardless of the type of flooring, we strongly recommend using one of our machine mats to protect your floor.
