3-in-1 TreadClimber® technology trims your workout time and delivers faster results—guaranteed.

The TreadClimber® machine is a unique breakthrough in the fitness industry. It combines the actions of the three most effective cardio machines into one:

  1. TREADMILL: Splitting the treadle into two separate belts, the TreadClimber® machine delivers the walking, jogging and running action of a treadmill—and goes a step further. In addition to your legs and glutes, it engages the core muscles that help maintain your balance.
  2. STAIR CLIMBER: The pumping action of the separate treadles replicates the highly effective aerobic exertion of stepping.
  3. ELLIPTICAL: As the TreadClimber® machine's treadles rise to meet your stride, the impact on your joints is reduced, so you enjoy the same smooth, ergonomic motion of the best elliptical machines.

The efficient and easy TreadClimber® machine gives you the ultimate cardio workout—and all you do is WALK™.

I bought this Tread Climber for my wife and I to lose weight and improve overall health. We have had been using it for 2 weeks and I'm already seeing results. With a better diet and using the Tread Climber for 30 minutes a day 4 days a week, I have lost 7 of the 20 pounds I need to lose. I'm looking forward to the next doctor visit to see if my blood pressure and resting heart rate has come down any.

It's not an easy workout (for me). I guess workouts should never be easy. I do feel like I'm working more with this that I ever had on a treadmill or eliptical machine. It does feel like you are walking up a steep hill waist deep in mud. You get a good sweat going quickly.

The controls are difficult to use. There are only 5 buttons on the console. It's very difficult to set the goals for my wife and I. It would be nice if it could automate some intervals instead of manually having to adjust the speed up or down.

Bought it for my girlfriend and myself. Good workout but come on bowfkex ..... The heart rate monitor is lame. It should be able to connect to a smart phone or device and save pace, distance etc to any of the workout apps out there. For that matter bowfkex should have their own app for it. Very disappointing for an industry leader like Bowflex.

      Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

We purchased the TC20 and love it! It's easy to use, and gives my husband and I a great workout. We live in an apartment, on the second floor, so it's nice because it doesn't make a lot of noise for the apartment below us, like running on a treadmill might. We are so pleased with our purchase

I am gradually adding time and speed. . . .it is so easy to adapt to your physical capabilities. It is tough work, but you feel like you have accomplished some "work" . . . more so than on a treadmill or stationary bike.

                  Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

-Easy to assemble if you have a handy husband or friend.
-Boxes were heavy so have them put it in the room it is going in!
-Able to use it right away after assembly, sturdy.

Easy to use. I wish the GO was a little more interactive. I have lower back issues and this has been GREAT for strengthening slowly but steadily. As a former jogger (12-14) miles a week, this machine continues to kick my butt. I'm at 35 minutes a day which is about 250 calories. The resistance is a little tricky, play around with it so you don't hurt yourself right at the start. Great work out! So far, so good.

                  Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

Following the 3 day/week program and it's amazing how much of a good workout I can get without running. My first few days I kept it at a very low speed and still felt the burn the next day. Starting this machine being at my highest weight, my joints were in pain with treadmill/other workouts, and it defeated the intention of trying to lose weight. I have a feeling as I continue with this product, I am going to be able to safely and effectively reach my goals.

I have presently been using this product for about 3 weeks now and I must confess that I am very pleased with the operation of it. We have 3 individuals in our family that use it daily and all of us are happy with the results. The best feature for us has been that you really get a great workout, but it is amazingly stress-free on the body, such as shins, knee's, etc... The assembly can be challenging, but mostly takes a little time. It is a heavy piece of equipment that you probably won't want to move around much. Currently, I would have to say it gives me a better workout than other similar type of equipment that I have ever used. Seeing results every day.

I ordered this bowflex treadclimber because I already had the older model and I liked it but it didn't have a bar across it, so I upgraded to the TC20, it is amazing, so smooth and hydraulic, steps are way softer and that means alot to my tired feet. My husband and I are so happy with our purchase, you can't go wrong with Bowflex...

Calories are determined by the weight of the user, mileage and speed. You will want to program you user stats into the console for a better idea of what you need to do to burn 420 calories.

I am wondering what is the easiest setting that I can put it on to be successful otherwise it will need to be returned. I can walk on my treadmill for over 45 minutes, I feel like I am missing a key component to my success on the treadclimber

Hi Dee. It isn't uncommon to have to build up your endurance over time with the Bowflex TreadClimber. Part of the reason behind that is because your body isn't used to moving forward (treadmill) and up and down (stepper) at the same time, which is what the TreadClimber TC20 (and the other TreadClimber models) cause you to do. My first suggestion would be to check and see what setting you have your shocks set to. If they are closer to the minimum setting, it will require more force from the user to make them go up and down, resulting in a flatter workout (more like a treadmill). However, if you set the shocks closer to the middle or the maximum setting, the treadles will move up and down easier, though the resulting motion will only be about 2-4 inches at most in depth. This results in an "easier" work out because the treadles shift easier, but overall it will be a more intensive workout at the same time, for the same reason.
